An early chromatic portrait built around sensory immediacy. The bold close-up and the strawberry-as-object make the composition deliberately confrontational, with color fields that sit more like graphic overlays than sculpted light. While stylistically looser than my later work, the piece reveals the beginnings of my interest in vivid palettes, aggressive cropping, and portraits designed to grab rather than soothe.
